I hereby submit my application for membership in the “Club”. It is understood and acknowledged that approval for membership is determined by decision of the Board of Directors. In the event that this proposal for membership is denied, the Board is not required to give any reason for its decision to either me, my Proposer or Seconder. If I become a member or an associate of the Club I will at all times comply with, and be bound by, all the by-law, rules, regulations and policies of the Club which are now in effect and which may in the future come into effect. I further agree to promptly pay all fees, dues, assessments, accounts and other amounts incurred by me or properly charged to me, including any and all such amounts incurred by my family members (including any associates) and guests that are charged to my account.

Waiver and Release: In consideration of being admitted as a member / associate or for the use of continued use of the property and facilities of the Club, the applicant, for himself/herself and on behalf of any family members, guests, heirs, personal representatives or agents, agrees that none of the Club its members, directors, officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any damages or loss arising from loss of personal property or personal injury sustained by such person on or about the property and all facilities of the Club, and that all such use and participation in any activities available at the Club are voluntary and all risk of loss or injury arising in any manner whatsoever (including negligence) is assumed.

By signing this application, the applicant acknowledges that they have read the Club Rulebook provided and understood this application form, waiver and release and shall not have any recourse against the Club or its members, directors, officers, employees and agents in respect of the matters referred to above.
